Volunteer Opportunities
The Hill Country Children’s Advocacy Center depends on volunteers to complement and extend services to children who have experienced trauma, their loved ones and the community. The Center offers volunteer opportunities that fit real-life busy schedules. Volunteer activities include:
Fundraising
Volunteers help decorate and support fundraising events throughout the year. This role is very important, as every money raised equips the HCCAC to further serve the children and their families within our community.
Office Assistance
Volunteers welcome families to the Center, answer the phone, compile parent folders, copy and scan documents and help with general office duties. This role may seem small, but it is very big in the grand scheme of things.
Maintenance
Volunteers help with landscaping and general upkeep of the Center’s offices including painting and making minor repairs. A well maintained home quips us to be a better resource for the children.
Project Helpers
Volunteer groups assist with one-time projects on work days and special events. When group projects happen, you are the calvary. We are thankful for our group project volunteers.
CACs BRING CHILDREN HOPE, JUSTICE, AND HEALING.
BY VOLUNTEERING, YOU ARE CONTRIBUTING TO THAT SAME MISSION. WE ARE THANKFUL FOR YOU.
