The Hill Country Children's Advocacy Center (HCCAC) is a non-profit organization created to minimize the trauma of child abuse victims. Their multidisciplinary approach facilitates the prevention, detection, investigation, and treatment of child abuse.

“Multidisciplinary” means bringing together a team of professionals that includes the vital resources of law enforcement, child protective services, victim service providers, prosecutors, medical personnel, mental health professionals, and community volunteers.

This team of professionals work together to ensure that the best interest of the child victims are being served.

If you suspect a child has been abused you are required to make a report. A suspicion, not proof, is required to make a report.
